Day four at the Grand Designs Exhibition at Birmingham’s NEC has now officially been re-named brick slip Saturday.
Crowds flooded through the doors at 10am and our team of brick slip experts were ready and waiting. Our team had a busy and bustling stand throughout the course of the day and at one point our brick slips were that popular staff reinforcements were drafted in just to cope with the enquiries.
It seems recent magazine reviews and recommendations for our products have fed the appetite of the design conscious public to gastronomically high levels.
The top enquiry our team received on day 4 was using Brick Slips for fire places – enquiries for using brick slips for fires, log burners, stoves and chimney breasts has always been a constant, and this years Grand Designs Exhibition shows no sign of letting up.
Showcase features within design magazines and an increase in solid enviro fuel burners has really catapulted the use of brick slips for fire place brick features.
