Our products look like bricks, they are made and cut from bricks but that is where the similarities end. Installing brick slips yourself can be highly rewarding and allows you full creative authority.

Installation Guide
1. Surface Preparation & Marking Out
Remove and loose paint or plaster and repair any flaking surfaces.
Dust down the prepared surface and remove any grease or dirt.
Seal the surface with a suitable primer.
Products needed: PVA Bond, Wire Brush, Pro Scan Latex Gloves, Tape Measure
2. Adhesive
Mix the adhesive as per the instructions.
Using a notched adhesive spreader apply an even and consistent layer to an area you can cover quickly.
We recommend covering 1-2m2 with the adhesive at a time to give sufficient time to install the brick slips.
Products needed: Notched Trowel, Brick Slip Adhesive, Mixing Bucket, Mixing Trowel
3. Fit BrickSlips
Install brick slips, cutting in where necessary.
Adhere using rapid set adhesive. Use 10mm spacers between each brick slips to ensure consistent joints. Complete the installation whilst the adhesive is still workable.
Products needed: Brick Slip Cutter, Brick Slip Adhesive
4. Pointing the Joints
Once the brick slip wall has been completed you can begin the pointing.
Mix the gun injectable mortar as per the instructions and load it into the gun injector.
Squeeze the mortar into the joints. Once the mortar has started to set strike the joints off with a jointer to achieve the finished look.
Products needed: Pointing Mortar, Brick Slip Mortar Pointing Gun, Mixing Bucket, Brick Jointer, Mixing Trowel
5. Finish & Seal
When all the point has been completeled, brush the whole wall to remove any loose dust.
If desired you can apply a coat of sealer. Ensure the wall is clean, dry and dust free.
Apply the coar of sealer using a roller or brush.
Products needed: Wire Brush, Gloss Sealer, Matt Sealer
