Our BrickSlips team had plenty of fun showcasing our stunning range of brick slip products last week at Birmingham’s NEC.
Boasting perfect positioning on stand B42 our team did a splendid job of representing our company and product range.
A show that Inspires!
With over 400 stunning exhibitors spread across specially designated areas Build, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Technology, Gardens and Interiors. Last week the NEC in Birmingham was completely transformed into an inspiring village of design and innovation. Packed with professionals and general DIY enthusiasts looking to make home improvements on any scale.
Once again the show was hosted by TV’s Grand Designs genius Kevin McCloud.
This marathon show offered visitors the chance to be enlightened and experience the latest in design ideas, products trends, and gather insights and inspiration for upcoming or planned developments.
Kevin McCloud, was joined by a host of industry experts, including the great Dick Strawbridge who lead a great discussion on the fantastic work he and his wife have accomplished on their chateau in France.
Products that attracted attention!
Hundreds of exhibitors attended the event to showcase their latest products and expertise.
Our exhibit was one that proved very popular and attracted some great interest.
It is always great when our products attract attention. We were delighted to welcome BBC Weather presenter Georgina Burnett onto our stand at Grand Designs.
As well as presenting and writing Georgina is a keen DIY and interior design enthusiast. One of her properties was featured in 25 most Beautiful Homes. She has written up her experience of the Grand designs NEC show including our brickslips here for your reading.

From BBC Weather Presenter to the Worlds Strongest Man
2017 World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall took time out to speak to our team and they really enjoyed congratulating him on bringing the title to the UK.
As well as a great array of national celebrities, Grand Designs also attracts some of the industries up and coming names.
One individual we would like to mention is Sarah Pugh from Renovate Me. Sarah spent time chatting to our team on the stand and really loved the new to be launched Fire Glaze brick slip range.
Sarah was one of many visitors which found our product range both inspiring and of significant interest.
Grand Designs has it all!
Everything on offer was designed to inform and inspire, and it did just that.
After 5 days of exhibiting and speaking to thousands of happy visitors the show came to a close and we celebrated another fantastic year at Grand Designs NEC.
