To help you through the season, we would like to share with you the plans we have in place to ensure you receive the important service you require for your order.
Spring Bank Holiday 2018
- The last orders for delivery before Easter bank holiday will be midnight on Tuesday the 22nd of March.
- Normal Deliveries will resume Tuesday 29th May 2018
Customer Services will be closed and not take calls or schedule and deliveries from Friday 25th May at 5pm until Monday 29th May
If you normally have a Monday and/or Friday delivery, please speak to your Customer Service Advisor to discuss your requirements over the bank holiday.
Normal operation for all online orders
You can always place your order online, however these orders will not be processed until Tuesday 29th of May 2018.
Please note, to ensure your delivery is not delayed and arrives on your scheduled delivery day, there may be a need to input your order earlier than usual.
