What brick slips can I use your pointing mortar on?
Our pointing mortar is particularly suited to applications involving handmade or softer types of brick slips. The inclusion of pigments provides a range of consistent colour.
Is your pointing mortar cement based?
The pointing mortar we offer is a cement-free mortar which is suitable for applications involving most current brick slip systems. Accommodating limited movement during fixing.
I have some unused pointing mortar left over can i store it?
Our pointing mortar does have a shelf life and this will be clearly labeled on the bag. If you do want to store it short term then store in tightly-closed, original container in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. When kept under these conditions between temperatures of 5-45°C, the shelf life of the material will be 6 months from the date of manufacture.
