Manufacturing starts with the brick!
The vast majority of brick manufacturers are situated close to natural deposit of the raw material. Taking advantage of the readily available clay as its primary raw material in addition to sand and other waste products.
The primary ingredient, clay is one of the earth’s most abundant resources and has plentiful supply globally, and any waste from the manufacturing process of our products is always recycled.

During brick manufacture clay is removed in the forming process before the bricks go to the kiln. This material is always returned back to the production line.
This system is repeated when the bricks are then cut into slips.
Bricks and slips not meeting standards are rejected from the process line and crushed to be used as landscaping material.
There is virtually no waste of raw materials in manufacturing bricks and brick slips.

Our tailored and bespoke water system is one of the most advanced of its kind. Providing us with a constant supply of clean untainted cutting water and ensuring that all waste particles are extracted for further recycling.
