Olde Bayswater inside property developments
Using brick slips inside property developments is becoming common place.
An ever growing sector, property developing, interior design and luxury living is on the increase at an Olympic level.
The use of influencers and social media has exploded 10 fold over the last 3 years alone. More and more ideas and projects are now becoming available to the masses and inspiration is the golden key.
This Manchester based project was undertaken by online property investment gurus Mike & Victoria Stenhouse.
Their website – Inside Property Investing – attracts a strong audience of wannabe property investors, developers and designers.
Through the website, social media, pod casts and open days Mike & Victoria advise their followers on how to implement the right goals, strategies and tricks to achieve the same level of success which they themselves have achieved.
Design
This wonderfully modern and luxurious case study focuses on the use of our Olde Bayswater Blend brick slips inside the property and in a design that oozes quality and finesse.
Dark hues and units, timber flooring and our Olde Bayswater Brick slips have set a superb quality canvass for the main design of this project.
In the kitchen the units, breakfast bar and radiator offset with elegance against the natural brickwork.
One great thing about this Manchester case study is how it has been expertly designed and fitted.
Offering visual luxury with the cabinetry. These dark colours offer an elegance and a subtle dramatic essence to the rooms.
Both Mike & Victoria have carefully considered all aspects of this project, and have incorporated the brick slips inside property developments with great success.
Another great part of this design is the flooring finish, which complements the lighting and distinctive furniture and accessories.
Product
Olde Bayswater Blend is a firm favourite brick wall cladding which is solely manufactured by us here at brickslips.co.uk. As a premium real brick wall covering this product is used by some of the worlds leading brands, outlets and establishments.
Like reclaimed and handmade bricks these slips are full of character and can vary substantially in both colour and texture.
On projects such as this it is always advisable that gun injected mortar is used for speed and appearance.
Result
This case study is one of the most inspirational examples of how well brick slips can be used through and interior design.
After speaking with Victoria it was clear that the product had been a huge success for them in this project.
We decided to use brick slips as I wanted an industrial feel and I thought they would look great against the dark blue kitchen. Everyone always assumes its an exposed brick wall, it looks identical but we have the benefit of soundproofing and electrics hidden behind it! We rent the flat out on Air Bnb and we always get great comments about the design. Victoria Stenhouse
Using Olde Bayswater brick slips within a residential property adds history and a realistic earthy feel. As we see here, the traditional aspect of brickwork has no bearing on the modern look of the design. Brick work can look amazing internally when treated with the respect and grace that Mike & Victoria have done through this project.
