The Champion brand was first established in the USA over 100 years ago in 1919. A retailer of sportswear, casualwear, footwear and accessories, Champion has stores worldwide.
Design
This store in the UK has been refurbished to a very modern standard. Creating a contemporary vibe using brickslips as an exposed brick wall, along with natural mortar to really make the brick slips ‘pop’.
The ceilings are decked with light wooden battens, with spot lights beaming onto the walls and picking up the natural shades of the bricks.
To frame the walls, iron work has been created to make clothing rails and the same design has been used to construct tables, which are stacked with the famous Champion hoodies.

Using our Olde Bayswater brick slip to create a modern and authentic twist for this classic American store. Pairing bricks with ironwork really gives it the edge!
The choice of natural mortar enhances the brickslip and ties the lighter wood ceiling panels in with the other décor of the store.
