The Notorious Coffee shop and Roastery located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is the home of world class coffee and iconic signed memorabilia. The owners desire for customers to sit back, relax and take in the nostalgia of celebrity film and sport and enjoy a specially blended coffee, is a revolutionary idea and is frequented by the city’s coffee and film connoisseurs alike.
Respectfully sourced coffee beans are purchased from bespoke worldwide origins, then carefully roasted to perfection in the state of the art roastery in Abu Dhabi. Wonderfully complex flavours are made in small batches, so that the customers can really savour every drop.
The roasting facility on site produces bags of delicious coffee which you can enjoy in the café or at home.
The shop itself reminds you of a speak easy bar in the 20’s. Walls are clad with Docklands Multi Red brick slips and accentuated with signed memorabilia featuring iconic films, sports events, and legendary sports personalities. What’s more, you can even buy the items and recreate the feel of Notorious at home!
The industrial feel of the exposed ventilation systems and iron clad lighting fit well with the brick effect walls and hessian filled sacks of coffee beans.
We love what the owners have done here – combining bespoke coffee with iconic memorabilia and topping it all off with fantastic Emirati hospitality.
