Quick Answer
How to fit brick slips??
Answer – Follow our installation guide
Detailed Answer – How to fit brick slips?
Fitted internally much like any other tile, brick slips are easy to install. All surfaces must be pre prepared, dry and dust free.
Seal the substrate firstly with a PVA Primer, then allow to dry.
Once dry, flexible rapid set adhesive should be used to adhere the brick slips to the substrate.
To create mortar joints and patterns, 10mm tile spacers are used to keep the space.
Once the adhesive is fully cured the wall can be pointed up using a gun injected pointing mortar.

Top Tip
Brickwork, Blockwork, Render and Plaster should always be sealed with a PVA Primer before installation.
Using a wire brush it is advised that all loose debris and dust is removed from the substrate. Once clean and dry use a PVA primer by mixing 1 part PVA with 4 parts water.
Apply liberally to the substrate and allow to fully dry. This will seal the surface and stop the substrate from compromising the adhesive.
If a bonding solution is not used then the substrate can absorb the water out of the adhesive too quickly. This de natures the adhesive and can affect its ability to adhere.
