Weekend & Timed Deliveries
Not going to be around? No problem, As like with next day deliveries we can offer a saturday delivery as per a surchage should you require.
Need a bit more of a delivery window? This also is possible with our AM or PM delivery option available on any week day or saturday. We can have your order with you between 8-12pm or 12-6pm for an addition surcharge.
Please Note all next day, weekends and timed delivery options will still incur the standard delivery charge plus the additional service(s) surcharge.

Definition of a "Kerb Side Delivery"
We offer an industry standard "kerb side delivery". This means the delivery will be dropped as close as possible to the delivery address, 9 times out of 10 this will be on the roadside where the kerb is.
All delivery drop off are at the discression of the delivery driver. If he can't or you refuse the delivery, the delivery will be returned to the delivery hub, additional charges may apply if this process is started
Delivery Terms and Conditions
All our deliveries are subcontracted out via a courier service for small consignments and pallet carrier companies for larger consignments. All our pallet deliveries are off-loaded via a tail-lift and NOT via a crane. We ask that you inform us of any delivery restrictions that may impede the delivery prior to the goods being despatched. Failure to do this may result in a non-delivery and therefore an additional charge for a re-delivery.
The following check list is provided to ensure that delivery is achieved in the easiest and safest manner for all concerned.
Check that your access is suitable; this does not just mean your drive but the road approaching your property
Can a refuse truck gain access to your property?
Is the allocated drop off point for the goods on a flat level surface, free of gravel and uneven paving etc? Pallet trucks cannot deliver up or down inclines.
You, or a designated individual, must be available to sign for the goods, with a contact telephone number supplied if different to your own.
Have you given the correct postal address, including Postcode and contact telephone number/s?
Are there any low hanging branches? The high sides of the vehicle may not be able to get under these, so please check.
Please note that if you do have delivery restrictions we are usually able to make special arrangements to accommodate them, but it is critical that you provide us with as much information as possible.
Deliveries Within 3-4 Working Days
We aim to deliver all goods within 3-4 working days, with most orders being delivered much sooner. This is providing products are in stock. However we cannot be accountable for late deliveries as a result of factors outside our control, such as increased traffic during seasonal holidays. Deliveries are made between 7 a.m and 6 p.m, and whilst we can try and obtain an estimated time of delivery during that day, in some instances this is not possible.
If you require your order delivered within a specific time-frame, we can upgrade your delivery service at a small additional cost. This service includes the following:

You can usually stipulate any of these services subject to the order being place in time and the availability of the product.
Due to the specific nature of these deliveries varying from individual to individual, these orders must be placed over the phone, where we will take the instruction from you and inform you of any surcharge. Once this has all been agreed you will receive an email confirmation of the order and the specific delivery arrangements.
Please note that if the driver considers your access unsuitable for what ever reason he is well within his rights to refuse to unload the pallet or alternatively unload it as near as possible to the required destination, which may well be at the side of the road.

If, when the driver delivers, he cannot obtain a signature, the delivery may be returned for delivery at a later date. Further charges may be incurred if this happens.
Availability and Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation, unless exceptional circumstances.
For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
For palletised deliveries, the driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. The pallet will be delivered to a location as stated in the previous point, and it is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.
For orders cancelled once the goods have been dispatched from our distribution centre. Such cancellation of orders will result in a refund of the products, less any costs incurred by us in recovering the items back to our distribution centre.
Products damaged in transit must be noted at the time of delivery, documented on the delivery note and delivery refused. It is the customer's responsibility to check the products for damage with the delivery driver and to notify us of any damages within a reasonable period. We will not accept claims for products damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition.
